I noticed other customers complain about the lack of customer service as well.I'm grateful I received my refund and won't think to order from them again. They only responded to me because I had already filed a claim for poor customer service. However, my order was placed almost a month ago and NOT 2 days ago. Their response to my claim came off very nasty. Nonetheless, you have already been refunded."Clearly they didn't pay close enough attention to the full details of my order nor the actual words in my complaint. Reporting us to BBB because your order did not ship within 2 business days although we stated orders ship within 6 business days is disingenuous. Per our shipping policy on our website, we clearly state that order processing takes 6 business days unless it is a priority order (which was not your case). Thank you!"Here's the response I received since they didn't allow me to respond:"Hello ******,We did respond to your email. I have attached a copy of my order details. I'm requesting a full refund due to their lack of customer service. I would like to request a refund if the item is not able to be shipped within the next 48 hours. It has been over 72 business hours and I have yet to hear back from Cutely Covered. So I submitted a ticket through the company's messaging section on the site last week requesting an ETA on shipping. However, I didn't think it would take this long. I figured there may be a slight delay in getting the shipment out due to the holiday. I originally submitted this in my complaint filed against Cutely Covered on May 1st: "I made a purchase on the night of Apduring the Easter sale for a total of $101.90. This is my last attempt to ask for my refund back because I'm simply at my **** end over the whole situation. I tried getting in touch with fashion nova so I could have my package reshipped to me in time for my birthday as that is when I needed it for and they just completely gave me the runaround when I reached out on social media and via email, I then requested just a refund because I was growing impatient and no longer trusted the service and they refused to refund me as well, I contacted the postal service as well and they told me to contact the shipper for the resolution so it just seems like nobody wants to give me my money or my package back. The date it said it was out for delivery was a Saturday so I was also very sketched out by this because I never receive packages on weekends and it said it was delivered on a weekend evening. I have a video doorbell and there is no footage of any delivery on that day. I placed an order (#*********) with fashion nova and waited for it all day when it claimed to be out for delivery but it never showed. The photo attached is the "proof" of package delivery. Their clothes are cute and affordable, but definitely not worth this much hassle. Really disappointed in the service or lack there of, that I have received. If this doesn't get resolved I will be canceling the charge from my bank. I will no longer be shopping at Fashion nova until they get a different delivery service. They'll just send the same prewritten message. **************** is abysmal, they will send you the same message over and over to make it seem like they're trying to help but won't respond to any of your questions. They told me to talk to the delivery service and the delivery service is telling me to call fashion nova. I messaged fashion nova first and even though there is no valid proof of delivery, they will not resend my order or refund me. ![]() It feels like they're working together to scam customers. ![]() I'm getting the run around from both companies and after talking to multiple representatives, I am no closer to a resolution. The picture they took only shows the package, no inkling to where they left it or if they even left it at all. It was marked delivered a day after it was supposed to be and I never received my package. I ordered clothes from Fashion Nova on Saturday, paid extra for 2 day shipping.
